Conclusion

I'm throwing the rest of the proof out from the remainder suggestion and going with the flat-rate of 2 buds. If anyone questions the Gibus deal, I actually calculated it and there is no possible way the Maddendoktor could be priced fairly, since it would be less than 0.5 buds in the outcome. (There is still a possibility it can end up being a negative value.) I'm still putting suggestions up about them, but that deal is a total and complete outlier.

I've thrown that out, because the current sell is going to make it an outlier.

The Madden is outdated, there's a valid B/O of 2.3 on the market. We went through this on the previous suggestion, if you'd like to give that one a look.

This sale was the median of the others and is supported by a B/O. Probably the most representative currently achievable price.

Fair enough, though it still proves that this could go for way more if proper time's given.

Either way this doesn't really fulfill all the three criteria since you'd need two sales if it hasn't resold for over a month.

I'll just let the mods decide, the fact that your sale was a qs and that there are several offers/sales above that just doesn't seem right.

Personally, I think it should be more; however, this unusual has been all over the place.
