New owner is a collector with a private bp as far as I know.

I am the seller of this hat, and, uh, I sold it. Okay cool vote this up.

I believe you need at least 2 sales to price this item.

If there have been no other sales in the last 3 months and the owner of this hat intends to keep it it can be priced with a single sale. From what I can see there is only 1 of this hat.

The suggester will need to supply it. The stats show 1 in existence, but premium shows no owners.

Edit: Nevermind, located the owner and such myself. Seems to be a private backpack/private trade between friends, and who doesn't do trades openly on Outpost and such as seen here. http://www.tf2outpost.com/user/76561198025044742

So there's no clear indication if they are re-selling or not. Not sure if this can be accepted on that basis.

It has been 3 weeks. His other hat (the tyrants) has been in his pack for a year+ without hitting the market. I doubt this will sell in another week. I think it's fine, especially since it's a pure sale.
