Don't believe the misc hype after all this time, and the proof is really odd.
Doesn't matter if there is misc hype or not, if multiple people paid ~2 buds for a searing plasma festivizer, and all others on outpost want 3 buds and up, it should be worth what was paid for it. Prices aren't determined based off of misc hype -.- Also, as I've been told multiple times by Polar, "Backpack.tf is a website that values items at common trading points." It's not based off of misc hype.
Edit: I didn't finish what I was saying... But sales alone can be because of misc hype, but if multiple people are going to pay for that misc hype, then the price should increase to whatever the average trading point of all those sales were.
