This is scumish. Had this happen to me. The guy didn't even bother to copy and paste, just took the link of my backpack.tf suggestion and put it as his comment in his suggestion

This stuff seriously should not be allowed until you know the other suggestor is 1. not willing to change his suggested price or 2. give you premmision to use his proof.
