1) 100pure
2) hive = 18 pure + the other = ~70
22:16 - polar: and i think a range of 70-100 would be fine
Just to clarify, creamy paid 18 pure for the hive a month ago (when the hype was high for that particular hat and when the burning was offered close to that). I doubt that would still get that much now given my experience with the burning hive. But I think that will still work for our purposes as a mini here to put a value on what creamy paid for the jefe.
Big range, would like to see more high tier hats with similar ranges such as this. All Checks out, upvote!
While on the topic of high tiers with big ranges. What about the beams hong kong at 56-100. Those are the two pure sales. Offers were mainly peaking at 60-70 in unusuals. Chewbs did make an offer of ~90 but it's unclear how quickly he retracted. Would that be too wide?
Personally i don't think a big range is a bad thing. It'll show what people are prepared to pay (depending on offers) rather than people using it as a strict guideline for the worth. The range can then be reduced to a more accurate (smaller) range after another, or couple sales. Just me throwing in my 2c though. :)
Edit: I mean, for new hats and hats that haven't been on the market in a long time that is. Obviously some hats already have a defined price and don't deviate too much.
Well, I agree. I know most people don't see the statistics the way I do. A large range adds information - that there is a great variability in sales. But at some point the range is too large and isn't informative. For example, a range of 3-10 buds (I have seen hats with sales like this) is kinda silly imo and really means we should let the value on a hat settle. I'm really not sure what to do with the hong kong cone suggestion. 56-100 is really on the borderline for me.
