Lastly... Steam Community Market sells at around $0.60 (3 ref) with the cheapest currently being $0.43 (2 ref).

Conclusion: With all the other costume transmogrifier thingys being at from 0.33-1 ref, this should be roughly around the same price, and definitely not as high as a key.The results I found were had a huge range from sellers from 0.33 (outlier maybe) to many unsolds at 1 key. The previous suggestion that got accepted sold 4 to 1 buyer, selling at 1 key each when these things were rarer and there were none on the market and people barely knew what this thing was http://backpack.tf/vote/id/540bea07b98d88ba758b4713. Now with people selling all over classified and outpost for 0.33 ref to 1 key, I believe that this price should be lowered to 3 ref (average steam community price and some sellers) to 4 ref where most people are selling for.
