This is a question for spells overall, so they don't fade anymore? I have a bunch of paints on my alt, so if I apply them on halloween I'll be able to see them during full moon?

They never did fade. They were supposed to but didn't. You can apply them and keep them for as long as you want, but won't be viewable unless the servers have the Halloween event activated on them.

Why did you posted 2 rec ones? Then it should be 0.66-1, imo.

When people realize they can just gift farm, and the drop rate for gifts increases during the actual event, what then?
