I was offline at the time suggestion was active so I had no chance to correct assumptions that were made.
This is the trade opened by DiamondHavoc on Sep 20th http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22735769
On Oct 4th he advertised he's quick selling this hat for 2buds.
This is a trade we made http://i.imgur.com/yVhTkAN.jpg 34keys which would buy 2 buds easily as they were dropping like mad
Please don't get me wrong I don't care about the price. I did however feel this had to be done to clear up misunderstandings on this sale.

This would advise a range of 1.9~2 Buds. Not 2 buds flat.
Its funny that DiamondHavoc commented on Giang's suggestion and didn't notice he had the wrong number of keys listed. Remaining neutral right now, generally you wouldn't re-suggest for a change this small but the original sale this thing was priced off of was wrong...

It's actual unnecessary as per the rules. An update of <5% on an in-date hat is deemed an unnecessary suggestion.

:) yeah that was my intention. As I said I don't care about the price. I just wanted to clear up the trade that was used in previous suggestion.
