I honestly think that this should be at 1-2 Ref. I might do another suggestion later.

How could you say that, you told me to put the range at 1-1.33...

Because now that I have gathered much more proof, it looks like 1 - 2 Ref would be better.

Just leave it as this and once this gets accepted you can make another one.
