      The trade that has the 7 buds pure offer is fixed now. That outpost trade is the one in sale #2. It shows that the new owner had a 7 buds pure offer. Vivid Plasma Troublemaker's Tossle clean is ~4.9 buds. Duped is bound to be less than that and we have to apply overpay on that as well. Making the value of it much lower. Hence it is an outlier.

          No. It is not an outlier because of the fact that the person that sold this hat(Sale #2) has a pure offer of 7 buds that he didn't take, which clearly shows that the troublemaker's tossle cap sale is the outlier.
