The first one has a B/O of 1 bud, can't be higher than that (where is the proof of the Tyrannus anyway?)

bp.tf rules says you must calculate overpay

For example, 1.7 * 0.9 = 1.53 and 2 * 0.9 = 1.8 (multiple it by 0.9)

Although I still think they are outliers.
