Kinda pointless to buy rare halloween unusuals around halloween because they have a chance to be unboxed.. Unless they're retired hats ofc.
Maybe another one is uncrated in the next days, a screenshot of the trade would help
Its just a small chance to unbox previous halloween effects compared to the current years
They can be unboxed on Halloween, but it is much, MUCH rarer than a new effect being unboxed.
