This unusual kinda points to a need for pricing certain hats in keys... last suggestion was based on 1 sale for 40 keys as well. Current ideology though is to price in buds as you have done.

Generally, unusuals trend with buds and not keys. Unusuals as a whole drop by roughly the same amount as buds during halloween given the huge demand for keys to unbox.
