I think that should be the price of the hat because In outpost somebody sell for 20 keys or offer and one more guy for offers, inspite of the fast that it sold for a hat that worth 18-19 keys, It was really long ago I would like to suggest new price for it, in one hand it sold for lower prised hat but in the other hand we can change it because it was a long time ago...
