Sorry, but I don't see a need for a drop unless you want to make a range.

Would a resuggestion for 0.11 - 0.22 be a better idea then?

And if so, would I be able to reuse all of my proof? (Not really used to making suggestions, this is only my second one!)

If you do ressugest, you can reuse all of your proof. Finding anymore proof can help, too. But to be honest with you, I wouldn't resuggest because it seems that anything below .22 ref is a quicksell. It's just my thought, but it's up to you to choose what to do.
