So I talked to touka, and was told that it was a quicksale, but he would make so much more profit, and because of the incident with the hearts runner I was a little wary, but it does appear that the 12 buds is a quicksale and the scorch degroot has been offered to me at 18 before, so idk if the 15.5 range is correct, more like 16.5 with .9 overpay is right. upvoting.

Well, outliers are defined by deviation from the mean rather than the time it takes to sell. Furthermore, in 3 weeks of selling, 12 pure was the highest pure offer. If this sells for ~17-20 again, we might call 12 an outlier. In the absence of that, accepting this as a fix of the previous suggestion
