I've sold ~20 voodoo cursed parts for a scrap each without any difficulty. Not all of them were robot arms, but their essentially all the same item in terms of use.

You do find the occasional trader who wants a specific part though, I managed to sell off a nail for 0.33 to a guy who wanted a nail specifically.

Likewise I shall dump my Voodoo-Cursed parts sales here. There are plenty of people willing to quickbuy your parts for less than a scrap but it's not actually that difficult to sell them off for 1 scrap, from my experience.
