Even though cone's price is less than 7 buds on backpack, the only other person on outpost was selling for 7 buds, and mine had 2 person history so i felt i should either match or improve said price. Phantom went for 4 buds on bp.tf

So overall i feel like i payed 11 buds for this

The person who had it before me offered his poisoned shadow Reggaelator for it (Proof: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/23371929) in which is now being sold for 17 buds even though it doesnt have a BP.Tf price (Proof: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/23400778)

Here > http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22834467, in the closed trade it shows that the hat was offered for PE Tossle (7.5) + 2 buds pure, so around 9.5 buds. Proof of this offer is also in the trade itself. The trade was taken, but there is no proof saying this amount was actually transferred.

On this trade> http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22933789 a ghosts samureye (5.7 buds @ bp.tf) and his unusual taunt/60 usd (2 buds) was offered, yet declined. However, he now owns the ghost samureye (here > http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/23253697 being sold for 7?) so some transaction did take place. I feel a bit more was added (possibly ~3 buds to the ghosts?) . Due to his overpricing from bp.tf, i feel he's overpriced the ghosts therefore compensating for the ~9-10 bud price range.
