Good amount of proof, but 8 ref is not a key, and was not a key when your first trade sold. I'd recommend resuggesting at 0.8-1k. But that's just me.

considering how few of the hats actually exist, this is a pretty good sample size, I think.

It doesn't even matter how many of the items exist. What matters is how many of the item's are actually for sale. If there were 1,000,000 in existence, but only 20 on the market with probability of around 5-8 being either in sets, or painted, then even more probably only wanting offers, this would be perfectly acceptable.

Well if less exist there's more likely to be less on the market and vice versa, so my statement still stands.

Well, you can take you're statement and apply it multiple ways, just because there are a low amount in existence, doesn't mean that only a few will be on the market. Something with only 200 replica's could have ~80% of them on the market, which means 160 would be on the market and 40 wouldn't. If that was the case for this, this would be instantly closed for not supplying enough proof. Therefore your statement isn't completely correct.

Err, no problem. I wasn't really defending what you had said, just pointing out that just because few exist, it doesn't mean very few are on the market.

Good point, as rare as that scenario may be, I guess it could happen! Though I still don't think I'm exactly wrong. And in this case of this hat I am correct. Few Gen Billycocks exist and therefore few are on the market, so the sample size is good.

I wasn't implying that you were wrong at all, you're correct for this case, was just educating you that the amount that exist and the amount on the market are 2 different things. Sometimes there can be a ton of the item existing and a select few people are putting them up for sale, like some uncraftable items. Sometimes there is just a very, very low quantity of the item, and a have few people putting them up for sale, like how the strongbox items were until they were craftable.
