maybe you shouldnt put it at 19.5 and flatten it to 19 so like 16-19 would be the better range because there is one with a b/o of 19 .

I rounded from 16.2 to 16.

I round to the nearest 0.5.

15.5 is invalid for the reasons I said in the proof.
