I don't see anywhere the bonnet having a b/o of 6, I think last suggestion was okay

The current one on the market is the one with the B/O of 6, not the sale.

Either way you'll wanna clip the high-end in line with B/Os.

I'm new to this and all so don't bite my head off :P But if there is proof for 3 sales with one at 4 another at 5 and the last at 6? Assuming so and considering the current range, wouldn't 4.5-6 be more accurate? Lastly, was overpay applied or is it not required in this case?

Well... I think I understand why no overpay is applied in this case. I still wonder why the range is not suggested at 4-6. Even though B/O's are at 6ish, those are just that, buyouts and not sales.

Edit: Is the 4 bud sale not counted as a low because of it being duped? If so, is that mandatory for all suggestions, case by case or?
