The person was banned on outpost, but as of right now hasn't been marked on SR. They have reports though, so I'm not sure if it would count. Still, the seller, as far as I can tell, isn't a scammer and had the b/o of 1.4 buds which fits. Either way the suggestion looks fine.

That Dudley guy actually contacted me a while ago and told me the person after him in the history scammed it from him

Could only find one sale, mine. Previous sales on this specific hat seem to be invalid because it was scammed off a guy, and the other versions of this hats haven't moved in a while and I cant find a sale for those.
