The thing that is causing the price of keys to increase is the decrease in demand for refined. Since refined comes into the game for free (through weapon drops) It will continue to decrease in value, and keys will continue to go up.

I do agree that 9.66 is rather quicksell price. I had bad luck on getting cheap keys recently, all sold too quickly, too few supply. But you do need solds... I can't support it otherwise.

Question is, how do i get solds? I went around finding people who are selling them for that price, and have succesfully sold them, as some have comments saying "Added" and their stock went down. Idk how to find actual solds though. .-. Sorry guys, first suggestions.

You can use trade.tf and outpost.com. Use search function. Don't use old threads. The most reliable is new solds which was done by ordinary people. Look at previous suggestions (accepted) and find out how do they look. Be sure to also check timing of them. It would save you more troubles in future, this suggestion will not get accepted if you don't change it now. You have 1 hour to find solds and be able to edit thread. If you feel this was too earlier, you may also close it down and make some time to understand principles working here ;)
