This sure looks like a liver slapped on the Medic's head.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18199445 ~ Sold for 50 keys and very minor sweets which becomes 2.6 buds at that time.

Current one on OP has been unsold for 2-3 months and is looking for 6 buds and hasn't got any offers since 2 months ago, but he was offered a Cauldron Bubbles Bucket + 1 bud which is 3.7 buds without a mini and a Fountain of Delight Buy a Life which is 2.6 buds in value.

Note to current seller : If you still can, take any good offer and run.
