Conclusion: These don't seem to sell. Trade.tf has 3 pages and only 6 clean listings, 4 of which are still live and one of the two sales was a classified's listing for 7 keys, signed by Max!. With as many sellers below 4.5 keys, it's fixin' to drop. This is supported by SCM, TF2WH, and Classifieds. Scrap.tf is charging above current BP price and has 7 on hand. Because there is still one tracked sale at 4.5 keys, I'm keeping it in the range. Given the age of the 4.2 and 4.3 sellers, it feels appropriate to include them in the range.
