cant find anything about the first link, added the seller to ask for how much he sold it
your 2nd link seller seems like that it just dissapeard from his inventory, probably community market. Added the seller and buyer, both are offline atm so might take a while
Your 1st link seller says that he sold it for 2 keys, probably the buyer who is selling it for 3 keys atm started to beg for discount.
I'm agree for the first link.
Concerning the 2nd one, I meant that the next owner was one of the offerers "deoxys666", he said "a lot of items and metal", maybe you could find the exact offer by adding him or just check bp's history before/after the sale
