Many sellers at 10 keys and also many unsolds at 11

On the market there are also a few sellers at 20.00 euros which is around 10 keys.

Note: I only used Axtinguishers in my suggestion without killstreak except for the last one.

All the 10key sellers are <1day, last suggestion accepted a day ago. Staying neutral.

All sellers at 10 are extremely young.

Is there an official definition of 'extremely young'?

Is it in the rule?

Rule is ( as far as I understand, rules may have changed ) that sellers less than a day old cannot be used as valid proof because of quicksales.
