I am confused about this as well.

Just not enough here. I looked for more sales and there just aren't usable ones. Rebel rouser is a problem since it is not 4+ months old. Anything 2+ is really old for new effects. There are currently sellers at 1.35-1.55 buds on outpost for the aces rebel. That's probably why 1.7 seems high here given that it can't sell for 1.6 in 2 months.
