Leave suggestions below. It could be that this would be better remained Unpriced, since it is so difficult to pinpoint a good price for it. I would appreciate someone stepping in and trying to find more sales/prove some inaccurate

Orbiting Fire Bandana is outdated. Price of the HWAH is 2.8, not 2.5 and you don't need to include overpay in this case since Norman was clearly offered on it.

Other sale is too old to use.

HWAH is <2.8 Cause the only seller has a B/O of 2.6. That should easily imply the value is less.

3 Months is the cap. And it's the only other sale. I'm starting to lean to 1.3 Flat though

Woops, my mistake on the Bandana but I don't see any B/O aside from an implied 2 bud one and those are never good to go by. The other sale will be 4 months old in a week. It's also up on outpost right now so you can't price this off of a single valid sale anyways.

There is no implied B/O of 2 anywhere. Where are you looking?

Another point. This is the only unusual copy that's been for trade and that rule can have exceptions. I mean if there is X Unusual with 20 some copies, then you need at least 2 and should have more. However. if there is Y Unusual that's rare on the market. 1 should be enough.

This is a rough outline for a value basis. A Guideline. You are practically fighting for a rule that cannot be inputted here.

2.5 is in the range so it doesn't really prove anything about the value, 2.8 is the mid point which is what you should be using.

Well for starters 8 of these exist, not just one, so you're arguing against yourself there, doesn't matter how many are being sold right now since the market can change at any point. There have been a couple hats I've hunted after with none on outpost then suddenly there's a half dozen of them.

Secondly, this is actually a rule we have here for suggesting unusuals. Because so many of these exist we cannot know criteria one is a certainty at this point and the third is definitely not the case here seeing as the only valid sale you have happened a week ago and is being resold and I see nothing to suggest they'd be a bubbling collector.

Any hat can be priced based on a single sale if ALL these criteria are met:

- There are no other recent sales in the last 3 months

- The effect is not a Halloween 2014 effect.

- The hat went to a collector or person who intends to keep the hat. A collector can be identified by looking at the person's trade history, item history of similar unusuals in the backpack OR if the owner has not resold the hat 1 month after the sale occurred.

I understand the rules. If the suggestion passes, then it passes. If it doesn't, it doesn't. You seem to be nitpicking at the one misalignment with the rules, and I don't find it necessary to fight about it. Anyways, this is still more accurate than nothing. you could counter suggest/proof if you'd like, not like I'm the only one with authority to suggest prices >.>
