Well, if people are willing to pay 1 key for the item, especially when it's listed for lower, the item doesn't deserve to worth less, this is basically just forcing the start of a panic-selling frenzy for the DCO, which isn't a good thing..

Well, that's the point of this suggestion; Yes, you can sell for 1 key, but yes, you can find sellers for below a key

Well, if this passes, it's just going to lead to it going down to ~6 or 7 refined because of what I mentioned earlier, people will begin to panic sell them.
