I'm really surprised it hasn't been nerfed yet, it makes the targe and screen (especially the screen- targe can still be good for resistances) pretty much useless. At a very minimum, they could move the 100% turning control onto the booties, where it belongs, so you can't be the ridiculous ping ponging demoknight and still have a pipe launcher.

Ever since I had this shield, I've completely forgotten Splendid Screen and Chargin' Targe.

What's a 'chargin targe'? Is that some kind of power usage monitor or something?

Muselk tricked me into thinking that these where actually terrifying.
