This shows that it is difficult to sell a Big Kill for 12 Keys - Many people are already selling it between 11.5 - 11.8 (Not Quicksell)

All of your proof for 11.5 is too young, this item does not sell that fast.

Indeed. However it is difficult to ignore quite such a volume of sellers.

I think a more conservative 11.5-12 would be appropriate.

The rest of them (excluding the one grimes pointed out) havnt sold however, so 11.5 is plausible

I had a big kill that was unsold for 2 weeks at 12 keys before I dropped it to 11 keys and 4 ref.
