http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22853425 - sold for 15 keys, .952 buds = 1 bud
This is the only other sale I could find, it involves dupes and outdated hats, and the histories are a little jumbled. This is just "support" proof.

I'd re-suggest in keys, not buds.
Well, I think it's fine the way it is, 0.7-1.0 buds isn't that wide of a range.
It's not that the range is too wide, its that both sales are in keys, and both sales are under 1 bud in value. There's no reason to price this in buds

Please show me proof of this, as it seems to me he was trying to sell it for a week at 11 and finally sold it.
Besides proof you also need some common sense to properly price unusual.

I've bought and sold even more, not counting the 30+ I won and lost crabbing.
And there you still cant recognize quicksale/outlier...
I'd recommend you stop spamming my suggestion before a mod bans you. That item took a week to sell, if you can prove otherwise please show it here, otherwise don't reply to this suggestion with useless accusations.
You've got good proof here but having it in buds is pretty pointless; like Eldric pointed out, the trade was done in keys.
So you should probably resuggest in keys.
Both sales are in keys, should suggest in keys. Plus .7 buds looks odd for a bud range.
Well, I'll keep it the way it is for now, if a mod asks me to resuggest I will do so.
