This 1 year-old price needs a small update.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/23486235 Only valid seller on Outpost, selling for 2.33 ref. 3 days old, fairly (though not recently) bumped.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19985534 Only other seller on Outpost, taking 'serious offers' for it. 5 months old and the item is still not sold. The Sight for Sore Eyes are Level 100, but not sure if the seller is charging more for it.
In other words, no one is selling at 2.66 ref, with only 1 valid seller at 2.33 ref. The 2.33 ref seller might be quickselling it, but it depends on whether the item sells quickly or not. If it does, my suggestion is invalid and I'll have to close it. If not, 2.33 ref seems to be the most suitable price for now.
Any additional proof, counter-proof and constructive feedback is appreciated.
A reasonable amount of these exist, I think you'd be able to find more proof than just 2 links.
Unfortunately, most people aren't interested in selling it since both of those are the ONLY sellers on Outpost.

Oh OK, didn't realise that.
technically even your "valid seller" is poorly bumped therefore invalid
Over 50 views in 3 days is good enough to not call it invalid. It's just not bumped recently, that's all. Let's just see what happens to the trade.
I Don't Think Bumping Is A Issue For Rare Items, It Got Bumped So It Should Not Be A Problem.
hasn't been bumped in 1 day though
He Relisted It, But His Last Trade Wasn't Bumped. So, We're Gonna Let The Mods Decide On Here.
