Gibus Strangifier can be used on every Gibuses.

Nope Thats not true.

They released individual strangifiers for each gibus. A ghastleriest gibus strangifier does not work on any gibuses except for that particular hat. A ghastlier gibus strangifier does not work on any other hat. Source: Had a couple of the strangifiers so I tested it out when some guy asked on my trade.
