Dis hat warm the pyro by an fireplace even though there is fire on his head.

there are always people who will buy any unusual for 9 keys, would it be considered a qs?

Well i was thinking that but it wasn't a pure offer and a lot of hats have been dropping to 9 keys in their ranges so i don't see 9 as a quick sale at this point.

was it offered on the unusual? then it would need overpay and making it an outlier

True but after calculating overpay it would round up to 9 anyway.

9 x 0.9 = 8.1 though
