it's not an unusual, why would you apply overpay?

I still laugh at the people who thought these were going to be the new houwar and wanted 9-10 buds.

Houwar costs 10 buds or roughly $300 because you had to spend around $300 in the great steam treasure hunt to get it in the first place. And it's also one the only hats in the game with animations too I believe. To get the summer shades on the other hand it was entirely luck based and anyone could get them.

I hope people realize this for future promos or limited items.
