Again, to low-supply items like this, bumping has never been a problem.

Well 4days old and poorly bumped + 1day old 10bud seller isn't really a good amount of proof. Also, a sale at ~10.5 below, gonna have to downvote here.

Yeah. Can't base the range on a high tier item using a 6 day old b/o on a poorly bumped trade. This will need a range defined by sales. Probably should be ~9-11 or so.
