Been watching the market for one of these for quite some time (only 2 in existence until today), well, another one was unboxed, and now I own Robo-Gloves with all 3 bat effects....

Well, another could yet get unboxed, which is why we are asking for 2 sales on new effects. Will leave this up for a bit to see if that happens. Event won't be around for much longer.
Chiroptera is considered a "new effect"? How is this different from http://backpack.tf/vote/id/5401cbcb4cd7b873148b47d6 except for the number of existing ones?
I didn't say it was. I'm saying our rationale for not accepting new effect suggestions is that another one may be unboxed which can help us get more data points. But that same rationale applies to 2013 halloween effects as another one may be unboxed - and sell - in the next week. If that doesn't happen, sure this won't be a problem. But I don't see why it would hurt to wait a bit to make sure that we really won't get more sales.
Yeah, I'm not in a hurry to get this accepted (only posting suggestions for the rare Robo-Gloves anyhow). I wasn't aware that the possibility of future sales was a factor in suggestions though.
Well, that was the whole idea of requiring two sales for all hats. It originally came to be a rule when we got suggestions for summer effects when the hat was 1 of 1. And that sale would inevitably become an outlier when 2 weeks later there were 5 hats and 10 sales. If there's a lot of unboxing, the possibility for another one to be unboxed and sell exists. That's why there's a two sale rule on 2014 halloween effects and that's why I think it's best to wait to see if there is another sale in the next week. Though, honestly, there probably won't be.

Apparently The Ooze was the only new effect...I was hoping for one of the Halloween clouds...oh well...
