If the 1 ref seller sells, 1 ref flat is still a viable price based on that alone.

The seller sold 5 hours into the trade. It may not sell easily at 1.33 ref based on the exact same seller having been unsuccessful for a couple days, but it quicksells at 1 ref. I think the current range is fine until more proof is available
