I think the price is a little old and needs updating, over 5 months and no update.
So this is my first proper price suggestion, my previous one was bullshit and I had no idea what I was doing (forgive me).
So, firstly, we can look to outpost at the "buyouts". http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/23224918 buyout of 3.5 but no real offers close to that in pure. I was looking to buy, as you can tell from the comments. We see a bubbling larrikin (~13 keys) + a searing nappers (not even selling for ~2 on outpost) offered, so it comes to around about 3 in unusuals. This is the highest offer from the trade.
There is also an offer of a Flaming Lantern Ten Gallon, however the price on this site is old for that too, but the buyouts from the two on Outpost are 4, yet unsold. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/23028530 This one unsold after a month.
Another offer is a Cauldron Bubbles Steel Shako, an unpriced robo hat with a bad effect. 1/1 in the world, but I wouldn't see it going for more than 2.5-3.
My second set of evidence for the pricing of this hat is my experience from owning it. I found this guy on a trader server http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/23071171 unknowing that it was duped, forgot to check and only found out after I sold it. However, he instantly took 3 pure, and I thought I had found a good deal. http://prntscr.com/54kmz8 <---- showing the trade
However, upon attempting to sell my soul on various trading servers and offering on many outpost trades, I found that the majority of offers I received came within the 2.3-2.8 bracket. However, this could be due to a combination of factors such as quickbuyers, the duped quality of the hat (although I believe it doesn't matter on low tiers) or simply the unwantedness of the hat. Anyway, after a few days of attempting to sell it for 3.5 pure and receiving unusual offers of less than 3 on a variety of trading networks, I dropped my price to 3 pure as a "quicksell". After 2 days I had received zero offers.
Finally, I received an offer of 42 keys + about 2 keys in items. I decided to take it as I believed it was the best I was going to get. http://prntscr.com/54kp5e
And that's all I have. Sold it for about 2.9 after buying it for 3 flat. Made a bit of a mistake but oh well. I hope you can learn from my mistakes. I don't know if this is classed as a good suggestion but I tried.
No offense, but it's a shame you worked on this wall of text.
Specifically, you only have one sold.
Read this and then try it again.

good luck!
Too much to read, can you sort it out like:
(URL) Sold for a --------
(Price) x0.9 = (Price) for each sale? It makes it easier to read ;-;
Offers count for nothing, it's solds that we're tracking. You never know if someone is offering something just to try to open up negotiations.
you need sales
do the offers not suggest a pricing for the hat? as I said its my first suggestion, I was just trying to be logical x(
offers don't mean anything
