You can do minis on non-unusuals, and the pan sale wouldn't count anyways since it's so huge. Tho idk if the golden pan would even need a mini since it's already priced.

you still technically need overpay, it's still an item

overpay is only applied on trades involving unusuals, another example, if I trade my aussie rocket launcher for an aussie scattergun, Should I apply overpay to the scattergun? nope
