So, lets start with price in Mann Co. Store.

Keys= $2.43, 10 refined

TOD= $1

So it should be: 10 : 2.43(2.5 rounded) = 4 ref

I don't get it why they are raised till 4.33

I'm sorry but if you have no proof then it is pretty much illegal to make a suggestion.

Well you see, if you go and spend $5 in the store on 2 keys, that adds up to about 20.66 ref. But if you spend $5 on 5 tickets instead, it adds up to about 21.66 ref. So they rose just so people could make that small profit, and because the rest of the ticket votes had actual proof. And to the rest of you, do what you want with this information.
