Needs a little drop.

All decimals for left over ref are derived from using 10.33 as the devisor (due to the increasing value in keys). i decided to keep 2 in the range due to what little sales i've found under two keys, though it will probably go even lower in the future.

All but one sellers below 2 keys is poorly bumped.

Well there are only two pages of unpainted masks, so it wouldn't be like people have to search through an entire sea in order to find these. also it's only been roughly a day since the last (most unrecent) bump. They were bumped at the time i submitted this (which was ~18 hours ago); i wouldn't imagine they would be online 24/7 to bump them, but hey.

Poorly bumped trades are still not a great representation of sellers, usually 10-12 hours, if not less, is considered poorly bumped. As of right now they look better with 2/3 bumped within the last hour. One has sold despite being poorly bumped. Going to stay neutral.

Considerring the relatively low number of these being sold, I think it would fair to say that it deserves a bit more leneincy. The one that was sold that haddn't been bumped in roughly a day is some evidence.

The amount on the market has nothing to do with how often trades are bumped. Poor bumping is poor bumping.
