Payed 21 Keys 1 month ago and none have entered the market in that 1 month period (I have kept a careful eye). I did have it on the market at some points but I have decided not to anymore as it is part of my Dream set.

Edit: Screwed up on my 1st one and put 21.1 keys by accident cause i'm stupid. Also made another one and rounded down instead of up, cause I'm stupid (people told me to round to 1.4 D:). Screwed up a 3rd time rounding to 1.4 which people told me to do. Story of my life.
