Horace needs overpay :3
the Horace total comes to 1.3, but the 0.1 bud difference?
Eh, this probably falls into the 'close enough' category XD
It was more advice for the future, really, all non-pure needs overpay :P
tbh, I thought Horace was considered Pure 6.9
Pure is literally keys, buds, clean non 1/7 maxs :3
Horace is a promo, which most people think of similarly, but we still put overpay on :P
Like a BMOC, orrrr the Caribou thing.
Polar shoudl put in the guide a list of things that don't require overpay, and common misconceptions for items that require overpay (Horace, BMOC, Caribou, 1/7 maxes etc), it'll reduce some confusion

It's literally a seventh of a max. Overpay has to be applied because there's not much of it.
No but those levels of max's were duped the most so yeah.
correction. level 1 was duped significantly (mass dupe exploit) and then many other level 1 were issued in the second wave of maxes that didn't have level 1-100 like before. so there are simply many more level 1 max heads.
Level 7 thing is mostly a myth. Most aren't duped and there aren't significantly more level 7 than other levels.
