            I'm not sure what you mean, but since it is a sale, it could still be in the suggestion, and could very well require this to have a range (e.g. 5.66-6) since you only have 2 sales at 6 as is

      you neglected the two other 4 ref sellers on outpost, and the classifieds which have a bunch of sellers selling below what you're suggesting. Also, it's one guy buying them for 6 ref. No one else is. sellers for 8 and 7 ref don't do anything for you because you left out those selling for lower. Downvote.
