You're talking about the strange version of the stock weapons which you can commonly unbox/trade etc, we're talking about botkillers, which can be only obtained via mvm, also if a reskin of the stock sticky is worth less than the others is not because the normal version is worth 1 ref, it's because on what it usually sells for.

Yes, however, it sells for less because as an overall weapon, people value the stickybomb launcher at a lower price. They don't want to spend as much on it as on other carbonado bks

Not saying this isn't due for a price raise, just saying maybe not this much of a raise. I think somewhere around 3 ref and it would be ok

I personally feel the range is too high, and you don't have enough proof for the raise to 3.66 refined. Maybe somewhere around 3 ref would be good. Sorry, but I'm going to down vote this one.

Second, Check the whole market, where do you want me to find more proof?

Third, I proved anything below 3.66 refined is a quicksell, so there's no valid proof to make this 'somewhere around 3 ref'

I meant range in a different context, but I've looked at outpost and there aren't many listings out there. I guess I will have to up vote then. My apologies. As others have said 3.66 is a bit much, but I'll up vote.
