Oh, and you'll be hard pressed to find many sellers at 1.22. Craft hat suggestions as a whole will be fairly tricky, just as it can be tricky to lower a weapon to 0.05. But adding supplemental proof from classifieds and scrap.tf (show how many are selling on scrap.tf for 1.22), would probably help make pricing a bit more feasible. Show that combined with a bunch of unsolds, and I think it would be easy to tell a hat is just a craft hat.

2012 and 2014 halloween items are craftable. 2011 and 2013 halloween items are not craftable.

people are suggesting them under the craft hat "currency" category (also under the currency category: refined, keys)

the craft hat "currency" is valued at 1.22-1.33

1.28 is the mid range value thus 1.28 shows up as the suggested price when a hat/misc is suggested under the craft hat "currency"
