The Miami Modest of scrap is 3.1 buds, there is no reason to lower it to 2-2.3 buds due to a .3 lower quicksell. It should at least be lowered to 2.7-3 buds.

And the cottonhead would have been somewhere between 2.2 and 2.8 at the time of the sale given how old that sale is. That may be closer to 2.5. Range is probably low here. Maybe 2.3-2.7 would work.
